Legal
Terms of use
The ground rules for using this website.
1. About these terms
“Lizvo” means the independent publisher of the website lizvohub.com (the “site”). “You” means anyone who uses the site. These terms cover your use of the site. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Contact
Lizvo can be reached at contact@lizvohub.com.
3. Information only
Everything on the site is general information and education. It is not legal, financial or other professional advice, and no particular result is promised. You are responsible for how you use it and for checking any AI output before you rely on it. See the Disclaimers page.
4. Nothing is for sale yet
No products or services are on sale through the site today. Before anything is sold, Lizvo will post the terms of sale, the refund terms and the license terms, and you will be able to read them before you pay. Every paid Lizvo kit will come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. See the Refunds and License pages.
5. Content
The text, images and design of the site belong to Lizvo, unless a page says otherwise. You may read the site, link to it, and quote short extracts with a link back. Please do not copy, republish or sell the content, or present it as your own. The fonts on the site are used under the SIL Open Font License.
6. Acceptable use
Please do not disrupt or probe the site, scrape it in a way that burdens it, or use it for anything unlawful.
7. Other companies and links
The site names AI tools and other companies. They belong to their owners. Lizvo is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them. The site may link to other sites that Lizvo does not control and is not responsible for.
8. No warranty and limits on liability
The site and its content are provided “as is”, without promises that they are complete, current or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Lizvo is not liable for losses that arise from relying on the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits anything that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited, including your rights as a consumer.
9. Changes
Lizvo may update these terms. The date at the top changes when it does. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in the courts where you live.
