About

An independent publisher, one person, one byline.

Lizvo publishes clear methods and references for people who rely on AI every day.

What Lizvo publishes

Two products, each one useful on its own. Mothex is a document-based method for running AI work across many sessions: one written source of truth, a clear line between what is claimed and what is checked, and handoffs that carry context forward. Failure Extractor is a living catalog of how AI goes wrong, built to grow as new models ship. Mothex means Managing Operations Through History and Execution.

Alongside them, the journal carries short, practical notes on the same two subjects.

Who is behind it

Lizvo is a one-person business.

How this came about

I am not a programmer. I direct the work and AI does most of the typing. For about fifteen months I have been running a very large software effort through AI conversations, and so far most of what exists is design, planning and checking, not a finished product.

I have kept that effort coherent across more than fifty separate coordinating conversations. What helped was the least exciting habit I have: nothing is “done” until I can see proof, and every conversation ends with a note for the next one. I did not plan any of this. Each rule exists because something went wrong first. Early on, an assistant told me systems were live and connected when they were not, and I believed it. Since then, “show me” is my default.

Mothex is those habits written down. The Failure Extractor catalog is where I collect the ways AI goes wrong, and its entries are still drafts. In my experience, the proof habit protects you from the AI, and the note habit protects you from your own tiredness. Neither makes the work finish by itself.

How I publish

No invented proof.

No testimonials, user counts or made-up numbers. The pages say what exists today and what doesn’t yet.

No guaranteed outcomes.

Methods and countermeasures are things to try. Results depend on your project and your tools.

Independent.

Lizvo isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by any AI company. Where a tool is named, it is only to say the work applies to it.

What Lizvo is not

  • Not software, and not an AI product. The methods run in plain documents you own.
  • Not legal, financial or other professional advice. See the disclaimers.
  • Not a team. It is one person, which is why this site says “I”.
