The free Mothex Handoff Kit is used under the license below. The same text is included in its zip as LICENSE.md.
Mothex Handoff Kit License (free)
Version 1.0. Made by Lizvo (lizvohub.com). In this license “I” and “me” mean Lizvo, and “you” means anyone who has a copy of this free kit.
1. What you may do. You may use the templates, guides and examples in this kit (the “Materials”) free of charge in your own work, including professional and client work. You may fill in, adapt and customize them, give tailored results (for example, a completed handoff for one project) to your employer or clients, and paste them into your own AI tools. You may also share the complete, unmodified kit with others free of charge, as long as this LICENSE.md stays with it.
2. What you may not do. You may not:
- sell the Materials, original or modified, or include them in anything you sell;
- publish modified versions of the Materials, or present them as your own;
- build the Materials into a software product, feature or service offered to others.
3. Ownership. The Materials and the Mothex name stay mine. You own everything you create with them, such as your filled-in handoffs.
4. Ending. This license ends automatically if you materially break it; then please delete your copies. Sections 2 and 3 continue after it ends. Tailored results you already gave to clients stay theirs.
5. Not advice, no guaranteed results. The Materials are an educational method: documents, not software, and not legal, financial, tax, security or engineering advice. They are free and provided as they are, and no specific result is promised. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be excluded.
6. Names. “Mothex” is the name I use for these materials; no registration is claimed. Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor and other product names belong to their owners. Mothex is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them. Naming a tool only means the method can be used alongside it.

No paid products are on sale yet. Before anything is sold, Lizvo will post the full license terms for it. You will be able to read them before you pay.
The site’s own content
For everything else on the site, the only permission that applies is the one in the Terms of use: you may read the site, link to it, and quote short extracts with a link back. Please do not copy, republish or sell the content, or present it as your own.
Fonts
The fonts on the site are used under the SIL Open Font License. Their license files are included on the site.
Names
Names of AI tools and companies belong to their owners. Lizvo is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them.
