What this website collects, why, and what you can ask Lizvo to do about it.

Last updated October 31, 2026

“Lizvo” means the independent publisher of the website lizvohub.com (the “site”). This page explains what the site collects today and what you can ask Lizvo to do about it.

1. Short version

The site collects no personal information from you on purpose. It has no accounts, no forms, no email sign-up, no analytics, no advertising and no cookies. If you email Lizvo, Lizvo receives what you send.

2. Who is responsible and how to reach them

The person in charge of the protection of personal information at Lizvo is the publisher of Lizvo. Contact: contact@lizvohub.com. Put “Privacy request” in the subject line.

3. What the site does today

  • No forms or accounts. There is nothing on the site where you can type in your details.
  • No cookies, no analytics, no trackers. The site’s own pages set no cookies. They load no scripts, fonts or images from other companies. Fonts and images come from the site itself.
  • Hosting. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). To deliver a page and protect the site from abuse, the host receives your IP address, the page you asked for, your browser type and the time. The host handles that data under its own privacy policy. Lizvo does not use it to identify you or to build a profile of you.
  • Email. If you write to contact@lizvohub.com, your message is forwarded by the domain registrar’s email-forwarding service to a private mailbox. Lizvo receives your email address and what you write, and uses them to reply and to keep a record of what was said.

Information you send by email is used only to answer you and keep a record of the conversation. By emailing Lizvo you agree to that use. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contact@lizvohub.com. Lizvo will then delete your messages unless the law requires it to keep them.

5. How long it is kept

Emails you send are kept for up to 24 months after the last message, unless they are needed for a dispute or legal claim. Then they are deleted. Host logs are kept by the host under its own policy.

6. Where information goes

Cloudflare, the website host, is in the United States and may process information in other countries. Information handled there is subject to the laws of those countries and may be accessible to courts, law enforcement and national security authorities there. Lizvo does not sell personal information and does not share it with anyone else unless you ask, the law requires it, it is needed to prevent fraud, or the business is sold. If the business is sold, you will be told.

7. Safeguards

Lizvo uses safeguards that fit how sensitive the information is, such as unique passwords, two-factor sign-in on the accounts that hold it, and keeping as few copies as possible. No method is perfect, so absolute security cannot be promised. If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm to you, Lizvo will report it to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada and tell you as soon as feasible.

8. Your rights

You can ask whether Lizvo holds personal information about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, ask for it to be deleted, and ask Lizvo to stop emailing you. Write to contact@lizvohub.com. Lizvo replies within 30 days. Requests are free. Lizvo may ask you to confirm who you are first. If a request is refused in whole or in part, Lizvo will tell you why in writing.

9. Canada

Lizvo handles personal information under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). If you are not satisfied with an answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca). Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL) is also relevant to email: Lizvo sends no marketing email today, and will send it only with your express consent.

10. If you live in Quebec

Quebec’s private-sector privacy law (the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, CQLR c. P-39.1) may also apply to information about you. The title of the person in charge of the protection of personal information is “Publisher, Lizvo”, reachable at contact@lizvohub.com. You may ask for access to or correction of your information, and you may complain to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec. The information described on this page is held outside Quebec, in Canada and the United States.

11. If you live in the EU, EEA or UK

Lizvo does not target the EU, EEA or UK. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to something you send, the legal basis is Lizvo’s legitimate interest in answering your message and keeping a record of it. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to its use or ask to restrict it, and you can complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

12. If you live in the United States

Lizvo does not sell personal information and does not share it for advertising. Lizvo will respond to access, correction and deletion requests from anyone, wherever they live. The site is not directed at children, and Lizvo does not knowingly collect information from them.

13. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change. Before the site adds a sign-up form, a checkout or analytics, this page will be updated first, and where the law requires it Lizvo will ask for your consent before collecting anything.
